Bert Davis is a senior Film Production major at Penn State with a strong foundation in creative storytelling and hands-on production. With years of experience leading media teams, Bert brings both technical skill and creative vision to every project.

As a freshman at Penn State, Bert joined CommAgency — A student-run, faculty-directed creative agency, specifically on their video team. With some of the projects he worked on, he won the Award of Excellence and Award of Distinction from The Communicator Awards. He quickly climbed the ranks and is currently the Production Exec, overseeing five video teams, managing equipment training, and ensuring high-quality execution for clients.

Bert was also Creative Director for Movin’ On 2023 and Co-Creative Director for Movin’ On 2024. Movin’ On is Penn State’s annual music festival, where he directed creative production—from promo videos to merchandise design—and helped direct 70+ crew members through the chaos of festival weekend, while still capturing great content.
