  • Yes. You can book photography, video, or a package that includes both. We’ll staff the right team based on your needs.

  • Coverage starts at 1 hour. Most events fall between 2 and 4 hours. You can extend coverage at any time for an hourly rate.

  • We cover all types of events: banquets, formals, speaker panels, fundraisers, club events, Greek life, and campus-wide functions.

  • For photo-only or video-only events, we usually send one person. For combined coverage or larger events, we may send two or more depending on size and flow.

  • You’ll receive a 1–3 minute highlight reel of the event. Add-ons like full-length speeches or multi-cam setups are available on request.

  • Photos are delivered within 3–5 business days. Highlight videos take 5–7 business days. Rush delivery options are available.

  • We typically deliver 50–75 edited images per hour of photo coverage. For video, we provide a polished edit that matches the scale and purpose of your event.

  • Yes. Share a short list with us beforehand and we’ll make sure we cover what matters most to you.

  • Photo coverage starts at $175/hour. Video coverage starts at $300/hour. Custom packages are available for combined services or multi-day events.

  • Yes. We work with student orgs, departments, and local businesses on repeat bookings and multi-event deals. Reach out for custom pricing.
